    ราษฎรชาวพิษณุโลกส่วนหนึ่งอพยพมาจากสาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชน ลาว ได้ถ่ายทอดวัฒนธรรมการทอผ้าให้แก่คนรุ่นหลัง เช่น การทอผ้าถุง ผ้าสไบ ย่าม ผ้าขาวม้า โสร่ง ฯลฯ ที่บ้านแก่งชำนาญจุ้ย ตำบลบ่อภาค อำเภอชาติตระการ ทอผ้าไหมลวดลายต่าง ๆ นอกจากนี้ ยังมีผ้า ทอมือไหมประดิษฐ์ ผ้าฝ้ายมัดหมี่ อาทิ ลายดอกปีบ ที่อำเภอวังทองและอำเภอบางระกำ และผ้าทอบ้านน้ำกุ่ม อำเภอนครไทย
Phisanulok

In Phitsanulok, some emigrants from Laos passed their weaving tradition on to their descendents.The traditional fabric produced includes the traditional Thai wrap-around skirts ("Patung"), the "Sabai" ( a length of cloth worn over one shoulder crossways across the chest), the traditional cloth carrying bags, men's loincloths, and sarongs or men's warp-around attire.
Weavers at Ban Kang Chum nan jui of Bor Pak Sub-district in Chat Trakan District weave silk in a variety of patterns. The area also produces hand-woven artificial silk and cotton Mud-Mee in Rang-Hae in Wang Thong and Bang Rakam Districts, and Ban-Nam-Kum cloth in Nakhon Thai District.
