Ban Ton-Tal woven cloth

ราษฎรตำบลต้นตาลเป็นชาวไท - ยวน หรือไทโยนก เชื้อสายมาจากบรรพบุรุษเมืองเชียงแสน อพยพลงมา ตั้งรกรากในพื้นที่แถบนี้ ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2347 มีฝีมือในการทอผ้ามาแต่ครั้งบรรพบุรุษ ผ้าทอพื้น เมืองที่ชาวตำบลต้นตาลทอขึ้น ได้แก่ ผ้าทอตำบลต้นตาล อำเภอเสาไห้ ผ้า 4 ตะกอ ลายไทย นอกจากนี้ ที่บ้าน โคกสว่างยังมีการตั้งกลุ่มทอผ้าไหม ซึ่งเป็นผ้าทอมัดหมี่ที่มีทั้งผ้าพื้นและผ้าลายมัดหมี่ 2 ตะกอ มัดหมี่ 3 ตะกอ เป็นต้น

    Saraburi

The people in Tontal Sub-district are descendants of Chiangsan immigrants to the area in B.E. 2347, calling themselves Thai-Yaun or Thai Yo-Nok. These people were skilled in weaving, and their traditional patterns include Ban Ton Tal woven cloth in Sao Hai District and Si Takor in Thai design Laithai. At Ban Kok Sawang is a silk weaving group that produces Mud-Mee silk in the Mud-Mee Song-Ta-Kor and Sam-Ta-Kor patterns.
